Logistics Policy
Transportation Method
We will select a suitable logistics partner to deliver the goods for you based on the quantity, weight and destination of the goods.
Common modes of transportation include sea and air transport.

Costs
Customers are responsible for the transportation costs of the goods.
Logistics costs will be calculated based on actual transportation distance, weight and volume of goods, and a clear quotation will be provided to you when placing an order.

Delivery Time
Generally, the goods will be shipped within 10-15 working days after the order is confirmed.
The specific delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors such as weather and traffic. If there is a delay, we will communicate with you in time.

Cargo Tracking
After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with a logistics order number, and you can track the transportation progress of the goods in real time through the relevant logistics platform.

Signing and Acceptance
Please carefully check the quantity, appearance and quality of the goods when signing for the goods.
If the goods are found to be damaged or missing, please indicate it on the receipt and contact us in time.

Tax Exclusive Note
The prices quoted by our company do not include taxes. If you need to issue an invoice, the relevant taxes will be borne by you separately.
